Who is responsible

This website is operated by Iuri Silvestri (Mindful Genealogy). For any question about your data, write to info@mindfulgenealogy.com.

Browsing the site

The site is static and does not use analytics, advertising or tracking scripts. It sets no cookies of its own. Pages are served through Cloudflare, which processes technical connection data (such as your IP address) to deliver the site securely and protect it from abuse.

Contact form

If you send a message, we receive your name, email address, optional phone number and the text of your message. This information is used only to reply to you. It is transmitted to our email inbox through an email delivery service and is not added to any mailing list or shared with third parties for marketing.

Reflection quiz

The quiz runs entirely in your browser. Your answers are not sent to any server and are discarded when you leave the page. Only if you explicitly use the “share with Iuri” form at the end are your reflections sent to us, together with your name and email, so that Iuri can reply — under the same conditions as the contact form.

Booking a session

Free consultations are scheduled through Calendly, an external service with its own privacy policy (opens in a new tab). Any details you enter there are handled by Calendly on our behalf.

If a newsletter signup is offered, your email address is used only to send the newsletter, and every message includes a way to unsubscribe. No newsletter is sent without your explicit consent.

Retention and your rights

Messages are kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any follow-up. You can ask at any time to access, correct or delete the information we hold about you by writing to info@mindfulgenealogy.com.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS, form submissions are validated and rate-limited, and credentials for the email service are stored only on the server, never in the website code.
